A brief and critical review of literary activities in Loralai from 1914 to 1947

Abstract

The period from ء1914 to the establishment of Pakistan is an important period of Loralai in terms of Urdu literature. Because during this period, Urdu literature developed a lot in the Loralai. And the names of important poets came to the fore. Like the poets of the classical period, the poets and prose writters of this period also Various genres were used, like Ghazal, poems and literary articles. These important poets and writter tied different subjects in urdu poetry and urdu prose. In this research article, the historical periods of Urdu literature in Loralai district have been researched and critically evaluated. And an outline of the literary services of those local and non-local Urdu poets and prose writers, who contributed to the development of Urdu literature from the metioned period (1914) to the establishment of Pakistan, has been presented.
