Employing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the study includes field surveys and interviews with teachers, students, parents, and education officials. Findings indicate that lack of infrastructure, ineffective educational policies, teacher absenteeism, and sociocultural barriers—particularly concerning girls' education—are key contributing factors. Despite these challenges, there is a growing public inclination towards education, especially among youth and community leaders.
