A Study of the first Poem ever available in Loralai

Abstract

Loralai is considered one of the important centers of Urdu poetry and literature. Urdu poetry has been written here along with other genres. The first poem was written by Shafaatullah Khan Lahoti.  He is also the first poet to write Urdu poems in Balochistan.

 Shafaatullah Khan Lahoti wrote his first poem in 1914, and in this ist poem, he has narrated the story of his wife,s death.  In this research article, the research different stages of Urdu poem has been awarded.
