Abstract

The history of human society study shows the phenomenon either vary or change, Its forms over the time and era. The human language is also part of this process, which is varied over the time and era, and there is no evident that the human language is to be exceptional of the international law of varying phenomenon. This paper examines what is the language variation, change and development. How the variation, change and development can be evolved in language and what are the factors?
